One of the easiest ways to make an impact on your health is by changing one thing you use frequently – and your cookware is a great place to start. Teflon (non-stick), copper pans and aluminum cookware are known to leach into food and the surrounding air, which can cause an array of negative, nasty long-term effects. There aren’t too many days that go by where we don’t use our Vitamix. Theragun Elite
Good chance you’re either 1. less mobile than you were pre-quarantine, or 2. having some level of back, neck or shoulder pain.
