How we feel with our Somavedic
Initially, we were a bit skeptical of the effectiveness of the Somavedic device. However, after using it regularly, we were pleasantly surprised by the positive impact it had on our sleep quality.
The device’s ability to create a harmonious and balanced energy field helped promote relaxation and reduced stress levels, leading to a more restful sleep. Many people in their reviews reported an “Immediate” feeling of relaxation/energy/etc, and it wasn’t exactly like that for us – but we are feeling that our sleep has noticeably improved with time.
However, one downside of the device is that the light cannot be turned off (and needs to be plugged in), which can be disruptive for some users who prefer a dark sleeping environment. To overcome this issue, we now keep the Somavedic device under our bed, which effectively blocks out the light at night.
